Terms of use
Last updated: 26 October 2026
What Isaar is
Isaar is a free service, a project by Hamdard Welfare Foundation, that helps patients' families find voluntary blood donors near the hospital. By using Isaar you agree to these terms.
Isaar is not a medical service
- Isaar only connects people. It does not collect, test, store or supply blood.
- The hospital blood bank always decides whether a donor can donate and tests all blood.
- In an emergency, contact the hospital and its blood bank directly, or call 1122. Do not rely on Isaar alone.
Your responsibilities
- Post only genuine requests with correct details. Close a request once blood is arranged or no longer needed.
- As a donor, give honest information about your age, weight and last donation, and pledge only if you can reach the hospital in time.
- Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten or misuse anyone's contact details. Use phone numbers you receive through Isaar only for the donation they relate to.
- Keep your PIN private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Pick and drop
When a family offers pick and drop, it is an arrangement between the family and the donor. It is transport only, never payment. Isaar does not arrange or pay for travel and is not responsible for it.
Blocking and removal
We may block accounts or remove requests that break these terms, especially requests for money, fake requests, or misuse of others' details.
No guarantee
Isaar is provided free of charge and as it is. We work hard to keep it running, but we cannot guarantee that a donor will be found, that a donor will arrive, or that the service will always be available. To the extent the law allows, Hamdard Welfare Foundation is not liable for losses arising from use of Isaar.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and show important changes in the app.
